She also has a very big heart and helped us find families in need to donate furniture, clothing and other items to. Because this was an estate property, it took us some time to iron out all of the creditors and legalities but Kim never lost patience and stayed with us through it all. When the house went on the market, Kim had several showings set up. She had the property under contract in three days, selling it over the list price with no contingencies, which is exactly what we were hoping for.

We were very lucky to work with Kim and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs an honest, hard-working person who will always put her client?s interests first.
